Key accountabilities will include
- Research for current projects
- Participation in devlopment of market, location and competitor analyses
- Having sole responsibility for the devlopment of presentations
- Maintenance of the database
- Partial collaboration in various project phases
What we are looking for
- Successful graduates or students of a real estate, business and administration or tourisme course
- Preferably work experience or apprenticeship in the luxury hotel industry
- German and excellent English skills, further languages are advantageous
- Profound knowledge of MS Office (v.a. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ideally international experience
- Flexibility, team player and open minded

- Calculations of profitability
- Development of adequate marketing strategies
- Preparation of reports
What we are looking for
- Tertiary qualifications in the field of real estate industry or business administration
- Solid professional experience in full service 5 Star deluxe hotel/resort development
- German and excellent English skills are mandatory, further languages are advantageous
- Experienced and efficient with the modern information technologie
- Preferably international work experience
- High committed, flexible, teamplayer and a high degree of professionalism
